But with the COUNTLESS facial sunscreen options out there, it can be tricky to decide which one to invest in!
So we've created a list of our Top 5 Favorite Facial Sunscreens, to hopefully help you make the best choice for you and your skin!
#5. Beauty by Earth Facial Sunscreen - SPF 20
This facial sunscreen is an awesome option- we love that this one has environmentally friendly packaging, fragrance free, and minimal ingredients! I have extremely acne prone skin, and I love that this one didn't make me break out- so thats a huge bonus! The only downside is I do feel like this one takes a little longer to absorb into my skin and can leave a light white cast, but I've used this one on the beach countless times and it keeps my skin protected wonderfully!
#4. Aveeno Positively Radiant Sheer Daily Moisturizing Lotion - SPF 30
This sunscreen is so lightweight and just feels refreshing on your skin- I love it! With SPF 30 this one offers great sun protection, and I found it layered well underneath my makeup, so it fit seamlessly into my morning routine! One thing I didn't love about this one is it does have a light fragrance to it- its a really subtle fragrance but I do prefer fragrance free when I can get it! (Just a personal preference!)
#3. Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Sunscreen Lotion - SPF 70
Neutrogena is one of my all-time favorite skin care brands- I've been using their brand for YEARS and its still one of my absolute favorites! What I love about this sunscreen is that it works wonderfully with sensitive skin- its never left my face irritated or broken out! I also love the SPF 70 on this one, perfect for just a little more protection!
#2. CeraVe Face Moisturizer with Sunscreen SPF 30
CeraVe is another brand that I highly recommend for sensitive or acne prone skin- their products are so gentle, fragrance free, and they wont clog pores whatsoever. Whats not to love?! This sunscreen has been a favorite of mine for daily use, it works well under makeup and doesn't leave any white cast. I also love that this one is a moisturizer as well, so its a great option if you're looking for a simplified skincare routine!
#1. La Roche Posay Anthelios Melt-In Milk Sunscreen for Face & Body SPF 100
Ok, I have to admit. All the other sunscreens we've talked about so far really are great options- but, THIS ONE. I could go on and ON about this one! La Roche Posay started showing up in drugstores in the U.S. a few years ago- and while its a little more on the expensive side for drugstore budgets, this one is worth EVERY. PENNY. Its silky smooth and soaks into my skin quickly, works perfectly under makeup, is fragrance free and won't leave a white cast- I mean this one is FLAWLESS! (At least, for me it is!) The best thing to me is its so moisturizing and gives my skin a gorgeous soft glow- my skin literally looks better when I use it!
Of course, everyone's skin and preferences are different! Any one of these are a great option, what matters most is that you're using that SPF daily!
