Returns & Exchanges


Before you return...

Please Read ALL of the return criteria listed below before initiating a return or exchange.
If ANY of the criteria are not met, no refund will be issued/exchange will not be processed. The item will not be returned to the customer.
Returns and exchanges MUST be initiated with the link below. If they are not initiated through the link, our warehouse will have no record of the return and cannot process it-you will NOT be refunded. 


Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of the order being shipped. If it has been longer than 30 days, your return will NOT be accepted. 

Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:

  • Hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
  • It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
  • Tags are still attached.
  • It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway.


Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of Warehouse Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following information applies only to U.S. orders. If you will be returning or exchanging from a different country, please follow this link!

Return for Store Credit or Refund

We strive to make returns easy! When returning for store credit, you will be provided with a free pre-paid return label.

When returning for a refund a shipping label will be generated and a flat rate of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any additional return or restock fees. Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.

Orders placed with store credit or a gift card cannot be refunded to any other payment method- they can only be refunded back to the gift card. 

Original shipping costs are non refundable.


Returns From Multiple Orders

If you are returning items from two or more separate orders you must initiate a return for each individual order and send them back separately otherwise we won't have record of all the returns and a refund will not be issued for returns that are not sent back with it's own shipping label. 



We want you to have a suit that you love, so we happily offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders! Swimsuits can be exchanged for the same item in a different size, or a different item of equal value!

Exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of your order being shipped. If it has been longer than 30 days, your exchange will NOT be accepted. 

Keep in mind that only the first exchange is free- the customer is responsible for shipping expenses on any additional exchanges. 

If you would like to exchange for a different priced item, please return for store credit and you will be issued a gift card to place a new order. Please email us and we will provide you with a promo code for free shipping on your new order! 

If you choose to return for store credit to purchase a different priced item, be aware that the order placed with the store credit/gift card cannot be refunded to any other payment method- it can only be refunded back to the gift card. 

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange. 


Defective Items 

If you receive a defective item please do not initiate a return or exchange, contact us by filling out a form at the bottom of this page with pictures and we will send you a replacement.
