International Returns

Return Protection on International Orders

We do not currently offer return/package protection for our international customers. Because the site does not yet know whether an order is international or not it will offer the option to add return/ package protection at checkout. However after the order is placed and the system will realize it's an international order and the return protection will be removed from the order and the amount refunded back to the customer. 

 

Returns & exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of the order being delivered. If it has been longer than 30 days, your return will NOT be accepted. **No Exceptions** 

Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:

  • Hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
  • It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
  • Tags are still attached.
  • It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway.

 

Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of Warehouse Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.


Returns + Exchanges

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping on returns and exchanges, we will cover the cost of the shipping on the new exchange order to be sent back to the customer.
