Even though you might be returning from another country we want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible.
First, please confirm that your swim suit meets all of the return/exchange criteria listed below.
Returns & exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of the order being delivered. If it has been longer than 30 days, your return will NOT be accepted. **No Exceptions**
Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:
- Hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
- It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
- Tags are still attached.
- It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway.
Hair scarves and items marked as "Final Sale" or part of Warehouse Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping on returns and exchanges. However if you are exchanging your suit then we will cover the cost to send the new product back to you.
At this time our return software is unable to process and generate return labels for returns from outside of the U.S.A so it will be the customers responsibility to find return shipping.
