If you’re looking for a one- piece to fit your long torso, we have a few tips for things to look for when you’re swimsuit shopping. First, keep your eye out for something stretchy! Smocked fabric is a great trendy option that is also extremely comfortable.
Then keep in mind the leg cut! A higher leg cut tends to be a bit more forgiving for a longer torso as well! It hits a bit higher on the hip, creating a bit more space for the torso.
Finally look for something with adjustable straps! If the straps can be customized in length, it will also make the suit more universal for all body types. Straps that are adjustable can be tie straps, cinch straps, or corset style straps.
For two-piece swimsuits, if you’re looking for something more full coverage, check the length measurements of both the tops and the bottoms. Different bikinis or tankinis can hit at different spots for different people. Some of two pieces are longer and therefore can have more coverage.
