Havasu Top

I love the swimsuit so much! Not only is it comfy and supportive but super cute!

I was very excited for this swimsuit but once I got it I went from wanting to return it to wanting to exchange it for a larger size to halfheartedly deciding to keep it. This suit isn’t as flattering, in cut or fabric, as another of my geode suits; the top is particularly awkward—something about the combination of the pads and the built in shelf don’t immediately work for me but with some adjusting it ends up being okay. I was also a bit disappointed to see how different the colors of the top and matching bottom are but considering all of my other issues with this suit, the color issue is pretty low on the list. Ultimately, I did decide to keep it since it’s fairly hard to find a nice, modest swimsuit.

I really like this swim top! It is a cute design and I love the colors. The only thing that was a hassle about the top for me was the sizing. I learned that Geode swimwear runs pretty small. I wear a medium in all my tops, so that is what I ordered. However, when it came in, it was WAY TOO small. I was really confused but they allow one return for sizing issues. I went back and forth about what size to get but I decided to get a large. They didn't have it in stock so I got in-store credit & decided to wait until they had more.

The bummer was that I got the large and it still felt like I could have gone a size up, but it says you can only return a swimsuit once for sizing issues so I kept it the way it was. I rechecked the size guide and it was a little difficult to understand what size I was supposed to get. The swimwear just has a different fit than other places. I also had to pay another $8 when I reordered the swimsuit for a large for some reason, even though I was just returning for a change in size.

In the end, I like the swimsuit but it was a little of a hassle to get right. I wish it was slightly bigger but the design and colors are really simple and cute. Rating the swimsuit, it is a 4. Rating my experience with ordering, it is a 2.5.

Like many commented the boob cups are too high and not supportive. Sending this one back. I also ordered laguna set which is much better and I will keep.

I don’t know if filters were applied to website photos or what, but they do not reflect actual colors. I was hoping to get mostly cool toned pieces as they usually look better with my coloring, and almost everything was warm toned. They look okay now since I have a tan, but when I go pale they are going to look ghastly
