I haven't received my order. 

Most orders are packaged and dropped off with the carrier within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an email with tracking information for you package when your order has shipped. Occasionally USPS becomes overwhelmed and shipping takes longer than we anticipated, unfortunately we are unable to assist with packages once they have been dropped off with USPS. Please contact your local post office for more assistance if your package is delayed or has been lost.


How much does Shipping cost? And how long does it take? 

U.S. ORDERS- Standard Shipping is a flat rate $4.99 and takes 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. However, all orders over $60 receive FREE standard shipping!

We also offer Priority U.S. Shipping for $11.99, which takes 2-4 business days to arrive. 

CANADA- Shipping is a flat rate $9.99 and takes 7-14 business days to arrive. 

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- Flat rate $12.99 and takes 10-28 business days to arrive. 

Please note that at this time, due to Covid-19 and unpredictable shipping, we are not able to offer any faster shipping options. 


I'd like to exchange my suit.

 If you'd like to try a different swimsuit we offer one free exchange per order. Please follow the link below to our exchange policy where you will find our exchange policy as well as instructions on how to initiate an exchange.


 I'd like to edit/cancel my order.

Orders are sent out very quickly and your order may have already been packaged, in which case we will not be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know your options. 

Keep in mind we will do our best to catch and edit mistakes on orders before they are sent out. However, we are not responsible for replacing orders sent to the incorrect address, so please be careful to fill in your information correctly. 


I'd like to return my suit. 

We're sorry to hear your swimsuit didn't work out! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your suit. Please follow the link below for return instructions as well as return eligibility and criteria

I received the wrong item/I'm missing an item I ordered.  

Please email us at and we'll be happy to fix the mistake! When you email us, please include: your order number, the item you are are missing, and the item (if any) that you received by mistake. 


The product I received is damaged or defective.  

We do our best to inspect items for flaws before they are send out, but we do sometimes overlook them- so sorry about that! Please email us at with your order number and a picture of the defect, and we'll get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible! We do not send replacements for orders that are past 90 days after the delivery date.
