School is coming to an end, temperatures are heating up, vacations are just around the corner and WOW- are we ready for summer!
As a women's swimwear business, summer is obviously our prime time! The pool parties, lake days, and sunsets on the beach are what we live for here at Geode Swimwear.
So of course, we had to come out with a a few new styles to spice up your summer swimwear wardrobe!
Side note- we will have a few more suits released around the end of June, but we just couldn't wait to get these styles to you, so we decided to split the collection up into two smaller releases! But keep an eye out for part 2 of our summer collection in the next few weeks!
BUT, thats not the point of this post. We're here to talk about the two new two piece swimsuits that were just released today! And let me tell you- you're gonna LOVE them!
For this collection we really wanted to hone in on that classic, bright, bold, fun summer feeling. We tend to opt for more muted colored swimsuits, but for these suits we wanted some pieces for women that just scream SUMMER.
Introducing, the Grapefruit Top & High Waisted Bottoms, and the Flora Top & High Waisted Bottoms.
The Grapefruit Top & High Waisted Bottoms
This swimsuit set is just the PRETTIEST shade of pink! Not quite bright pink, but still bold- this one really is the color of the inside of a grapefruit and would be SO flattering on so many skin tones! The Grapefruit Top is a longline bikini style top, featuring classic triangle style coverage up top, with a longer length to it that looks sexy without showing more than you're comfortable with. This pink tankini top also features removable pads and adjustable straps, so its wonderfully adjustable! Perhaps one of out favorite aspects of this set are the frontal-tie high waisted bottoms. When I put these on for the first time, I was SHOCKED how flattering these bikini bottoms are! They offer great booty coverage, and the tie really accentuates the waist and masks any tummy insecurities. (Hint- these high waisted bottoms would be AWESOME for postpartum!) Not a fan of all pink? No problem! This swimsuit set could easily be split up and matched with a variety of our high waisted bottoms or tankini tops- the possibilities are endless!
The Flora Top & High Waisted Bottoms
We released our Flora One Piece Swimsuit back in February, and from the minute we shared the first picture it was a BIG hit. Our customers couldn't get enough of the retro-inspired floral swimsuit. I mean, how could you not love a yellow and orange 70's inspired print? Its perfect for summer!
Almost instantly, we KNEW we wanted to add the print in a two piece swimsuit option. This set brings it back to basics, with a classic tank-top style swim top with a scoop neck, removable pads, and adjustable straps. (This top is actually the exact same cut as our Vegas Top!) The bottoms feature our new, slightly higher-leg-cut that preserves that comfortable booty coverage while flattering every body type.
