Bella Swim Skirt

I fell in love with the pattern of the Bella swim top and skirt combo, but waited a year to order because online swimsuit buying is so risky. I was surprised and delighted that the top and the bottom had no midrift gap (I am 5'5" for reference). The top has minimal support, unfortunately, and is very short, but the long length of the skirt made up for that and caused the waist to hit flatteringly high. Even after agonizing over the size chart, the skirt needed exchanged because it is too snug (despite me being right in the middle of the size chart's large range). The waistband is thick and sturdy, but it causes unseemly bulging so I returned it to try sizing up. Unfortunately the size up is out of stock, so I am out of luck. I love the fabric print, weight, and quality, so I hope once they restock I will be able to enjoy this darling suit!

The website,swimwear, and order process was all beautiful and went super smooth. However the fit of the swimsuits was not a good experience. There is not a lot of stretch or figure flattering with the three pieces I tried. The skirts were longer which made them fit really strangely once on. The one piece did not have a ton of structure to it which made the overall feel frumpy and it made me super nervous how it would be wet.

I hope these suits were just not a good fit for me alone because I really wanted to like them. They just left a lot to be desired once on unfortunately and I am in process of returning all three pieces.

Honestly, I was highly skeptical of this company and purhcased the Bella swim skirt and matching shirt with much trepidation just days before a beach trip! I wanted something modest but not frumpy, something elegant and lovely while not revealing too much or displaying those "sensitive" spots on my body that I'm quite insecure for others to see.

Overall, the Bella swim skirt and shirt are incredible and majorly outdid my expecations! As someone with a short torso, I ordered the top in a small and it fits exceptionally, showing a very small amount of my torso. The chest area of the small is perfect for an A or B cupsize too. I ordered the bottoms in a medium as I'm 5'7 with fuller legs and bottom. Some reviews mentioned that the bottom's lining around the groin region was small and uncomfortable, but the medium fits very well and provide great coverage. The skirt's elastic along the waistline is snug- but not too tight! Rather, it acts as great support and is perfect for any intense waves that you might get smacked by at the beach, haha!

This suit is incredibly flattering, well-made, and endured my beach trip nicely! I will certainly be recommending Geode to my sisters and friends! Thank you for an outstanding suit!

I was looking for a modest but cute bathing suit so someone recommended Geode and I could not be happier! The quality is amazing, the print is beautiful, and it completely covers all the places I need covered. I’m always self conscious at the beach but now I don’t have to be and I can feel beautiful! I followed the size chart and ordered a medium, but the fit was way too tight in the groin area. Unfortunately, the next available size after M is XXL—no in-between options, which isn’t very helpful. The top fits well, so I removed the tag, meaning I can't return it. Now, I'm stuck trying to find something that matches the top, or I can return just the skirt and be left with an incomplete set. My only other option is to wait for a restock, but there’s no guarantee that will happen. Frustrating experience overall. Cute set though.
