Straps irritate my skin

The straps have an elastic piece that sticks out and really irritates my back. Also the metal clasp that attaches the strap to the actual swim top rests right at the end of my shoulder blade so very uncomfortable when it digs into my back when laying down. I was expected a better quality material… the laguna top material feels like it will get nubbies very quickly. It is a very adorable swim top but just doesn’t fit me right. I would return but they make you pay return shipping so I wouldn’t even get all my money back. Frustrated because I wish they offered a trial with free returns because everyone’s bodies are different.
