Shipping Protection

We will do everything in out power to ensure your swimsuit arrives to you in a timely manner and in one piece. However once a package is dropped off with the 3rd party delivery company what happens to the package after that point is out of our control. To help protect ourselves and our customers we provide shipping protection at checkout. If you choose to purchase shipping protection your order will be protected from any of the following incidents.
  • Lost or stolen package
  • Incorrect address
  • Item was damaged in transit
What to do if your package seems to be lost: Wait up 5 business days since the last tracking update before contacting Geode customer service. If you purchased shipping protection and 5 business days have passed please reach out to customer service at hello@geodeswimwear.com and they will help send you you a replacement order.
 
Warning: 
If you choose to not purchase shipping protection and your order arrives damaged or is lost/ stolen Geode is not liable for the lost or damaged goods and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider to be reimbursed for the lost or damaged goods. *We will not make any exceptions to this rule*
