Hair scarves cannot be returned or exchanged unless scarf is defective.
We strongly recommend taking a look at our sizing chart before placing an order. Generally, our swimsuits do fit “true to size”.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges. However to be accepted, they must meet these certain criteria:
Returns will only be issued within 14 days following delivery.
Return package must be postdated within 14 days of receiving suit.
Items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in original condition, which means:
- It has not been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway.
- It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
- Tags are still attached and hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
*Unless all of these criteria are met we will not be able to refund or exchange your order. *No exceptions*
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, Geode will refund the customers original shipping cost.
