Hair scarves cannot be returned or exchanged unless scarf is defective.
We strongly recommend taking a look at our sizing chart before placing an order. Generally, our swimsuits do fit “true to size”.
We gladly accept exchanges! However, to be accepted they must meet certain criteria.
Items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be exchanged the suit must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Must be post marked within 30 days to be accepted.
Items must be in original condition, which means:
- It has not been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained or damaged in anyway.
- It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
- Tags are still attached and hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
*Unless all of these criteria are met we will not be able to refund or exchange your order. *No exceptions*
Once all of the criteria has been met please email us at email@example.com for an exchange label.
If the item is being exchanged for a different item, Geode will cover the return shipping as well as the shipping of the new item. The new item will only be sent upon receipt of the item being exchanged.
Geode Swimwear will only pay exchange shipping for one exchange transaction. Any further exchanges will be at the expense of the customer.
